We call ourselves Hollywood Weddings Inc. but don’t just design weddings. We have designed corporate and special events for many years and also love the opportunity to design for many local Proms and Semi Formals. We own a vast array of theme props to bring just that right accent to your next event! We are also available to decorate store fronts or offer seasonal décor to our clients.

Mammoet Gala

Old Hollywood Glam

I knew that when we were approached by Mammoet to decorate their year end Gala in an Old Hollywood Theme that they had come to the right Company! They wished to create an Old Hollywood night club vibe in the stately Viennese Ballroom at The Waterloo Inn . When I stood back during the grand reveal I closed my eyes and envisioned Marilyn Monroe gliding across the dance floor in one of her gorgeous ball gowns!

Décor Element:

A mix of metals throughout the event space, gold glitzy linens for all of the guest tables, lots of Old Hollywood memorabilia, elegant red carpet entrance with a Mammoet custom designed Hollywood Star, specialty lighting, sweet and salty candy buffet, lots of ostrich plumes and diamonds.

Whispering Forest

Masquerade Ball

Mammoet approached us to decorate for another year end gala and this time they wished us to create a Masquerade Style Ball in the middle of an enchanted forest. We came up with the name Whispering Forest and our staff has said that it was the most breathtaking corporate events that we have ever created! For me what made the room so incredible was the mix of forest imagery and lighting with soft candle light and the mixture of centerpieces and table settings.

Décor Elements

A soft palette of ivory, soft gold and champagne with shades of green, hanging garland chandeliers designed by Steffi, custom twig and leaf centerpieces, harvest tables mixed with traditional round table seating, luxurious specialty linens, leaf and floral embossed charger plates, Forest themed candy buffet, vintage globe light dance floor area, romantic ceiling draping, specialty lighting, fresh garland entrance walkway with hanging lanterns, feathered masks, fresh garland table accents, 2 custom designed large interpretive trees, lots and lots of candlelight, authentic wrought iron garden gates to the entrance of the Ballroom (with chains and a key!) and large moss covered stumps that we designed.
